Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telematics devices at client locations. This role requires a hands-on technician who is comfortable working directly at multiple client locations and ready to work on flexible timing, ensuring high-quality service in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service and customer support during field visits and installations.
  • Organize and align workflow with assigned schedules to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the onsite installation, repair, and maintenance of telematics devices, ensuring devices are fully operational.
  • Diagnose technical errors or problems on-site and determine the appropriate solutions quickly and accurately.
  • Prepare comprehensive, timely service reports documenting work completed, observations, and any issues encountered.
  • Adhere to company protocols and procedures during all field activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in telematics or related technology installations.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with knowledge of diagnostic methods and tools.
  • Ability to manage schedules and work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at client locations.


Preferred:

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in telematics or related technology installations.
