About this Role: We are currently seeking a Director of Account Management - Automated Document Solutions, specifically focused on property & casualty claims solutions, to join our team. As the Director of Account Management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, capturing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction within the property casualty claims solutions sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving revenue growth: Develop strategies to renew contracts, expand Conduent's value-add to property casualty claims clients, and increase overall domain footprint.
  • Identifying and capturing add-on, new capability, and cross-sell opportunities: Drive sales and revenue growth by pursuing and capturing non-recurring revenue (NRR), add-on sales, and new business opportunities within the property casualty claims industry.
  • Fostering client relationships: Establish and nurture executive relationships with property casualty claims clients, provide thought leadership, and influence positive actions and decisions that impact revenue, delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating across teams: Work closely with Sales Executives to explore new sales opportunities, promote collaboration across the organization, and ensure a unified approach to property casualty claims client management.
  • Delivering effective account management: Develop and execute focused Account Business Plans (ABPs) for assigned property casualty claims accounts, maintain Conduent's CRM platform, expand client contact footprint, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders: Collaborate with Service Delivery/Operations and other internal teams to represent Conduent effectively, achieve goals, and mitigate business risks.
  • Staying knowledgeable: Continuously educate yourself about our product domain and other Conduent services, proactively communicate with property casualty claims clients about service offerings and provide reporting and planning as required by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrating expertise in Digital Transformations and Document Automation business process services, including experience in areas such as Digital Mailrooms, Document Imaging, Scanning and Storage, Workflow Automation, and Data Extraction and Classification within the property casualty claims industry.
  • Managing client revenue of $25+ million per year, focusing on retaining existing revenue, capturing new business, and increasing client satisfaction within the property casualty claims sector.
  • Exhibiting strong functional account management skills within a client-facing role, preferably in a global, enterprise, or large account management capacity within the property casualty claims industry.
  • Managing multiple enterprise accounts and complex contracts, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
  • Possessing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Understanding of the unique challenges and needs of property casualty claims clients, including compliance requirements, data security concerns, and operational efficiencies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing automated document solutions tailored to the property casualty claims sector, such as claims processing, policy documentation, and customer communications.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $122,850 - $140,000
