Job description

Remote for those based on the East Coast and Central USA. This role will require you to be a US Citizen.


We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect that has a broad range of expertise within ServiceNow offerings. The end client will expect the ServiceNow Technical Architect to provide expertise in architectural design, implementations, hands-on support/troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and mentor for team members.
  • Oversee projects from architectural design to implementation.
  • Lead discussions on ServiceNow solution design and architecture.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business transformation objectives and define technical requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to development guidelines related to security and performance.
  • Create design specifications and architectural diagrams.
  • Support business capture efforts and contribute to proposals and presentations.


Qualifications (Required):

  • IT experience; 3-5 years as a ServiceNow Architect and/or Developer.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions and building scoped applications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, essential) (CIS, and CTA).
  • Experience with federal clients preferred.
