Electrification & Automation

The Electrification & Automation (E&A) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio to create the power distribution grid of the future.

The Role

The Financial Analyst for the US E&A Customer Services business is responsible for performance controlling activities, financial planning & analysis, onboarding administration, and productivity reporting.

You will partner with and not limited too the head of finance, finance, PMO, PLM and service operations.

This position is in Wendell, NC USA or Remote and reports to the Electrification & Automation Service, Head of Finance.

You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

  • Performance Controlling activities: Month End Commentary, executive slide creations and support for global / local business inquires
  • Ownership and Forecasting of OCOS and/or SGA Cost Centers
  • Report financial performance and progress on key productivity initiatives for VAM,SIA for PUMA
  • Coordinate and ensure accurate / timely Onboarding equipment for new CS Employees
  • Create reporting for transparency Permanent Establishment in other countries
  • Serve as key contributor in 5620 SAP Close activities and support other senior analyst.
  • Support specific CS Offerings with financial planning, reporting and analyses, as well as state-of-the-art IT infrastructure & tools to ensure business continuity and drive digitalization and automation of all internal processes.
  • Build models for cost transparency in various specific CS Offerings (Retrofit, PV Spare Parts and Careplan)
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with key stakeholders in the worldwide matrix organization.

  • The pay range for this position is $66,500 - $114,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
