Scrum Master

An international company specializing in the development of modern operating systems for hosting providers is looking for a skilled Scrum Master.

The company, founded in 2009 in California, develops web hosting products and has more than 4,500 customers, including Dell, GoDaddy, IBM and Zoom, among others. Its servers host more than 40 million websites worldwide, and its team consists of over 250 professionals from Europe and the US.

It is a fully remote work with flexible hours, where you can plan your day and work from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Lead team processes enhancement using Agile and Lean principles through motivation, relationship building, and coaching
• Mentor product owners and team leaders, while actively engaging with the product
• Collaborate with the designated department, providing hands-on Agile coaching
• Act as an Agile coach for the whole department, stepping into the shoes of Scrum Master for 1-2 teams
• Facilitate gradual changes within teams, guiding them towards Agile thinking
• Identify and address team needs and challenges, empowering them to embrace continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in similar role with service teams in IT companies
• Proven experience with Kanban, deep understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Agile coaching and facilitation
• Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders concurrently
• Systematically guide the organization and teams through changes and enhancements
• Ability to identify and handle conflicts 
• Understanding of product thinking, guiding teams towards a business-oriented approach
• Understanding of software development and delivery processes, requirements definition and release processes
• Proven experience in Software Development, QA Automation or similar

Mandatory requirements:

• Agile/Scrum certification
• Russian B2+
• English B2+

Will be a plus:

• Lean & DevOps principles knowledge
• Experience with Jira administration
