Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients in planning and booking memorable travel experiences throughout Greece.
• Provide personalized recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries based on clients' needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) ensuring a high level of service.
• Address and resolve any travel-related issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends, promotions, and opportunities in Greece.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) is a must.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in the travel sector, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, as needed.
