Responsibilities

• Guide Dutch-speaking clients in planning their travel itineraries and experiences.
• Provide information about destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Manage client inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
• Handle bookings, payments, and communicate travel details effectively.
• Resolve any issues or concerns clients may encounter during their travel process.
• Collaborate with travel partners and local providers to ensure high-quality service.
• Stay updated on travel trends and developments in the industry.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in travel consulting or a customer service role in the travel sector is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, for this exciting opportunity.
