Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products and services while effectively resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly, professional support.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established guidelines to ensure compliance and quality in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is preferred
  • Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
  • A positive attitude with a desire to learn and adapt
