Job Title: Marketing & Customer Support Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (1-hour unpaid break; 8 paid hours per day)

Job Description

As the Marketing & Customer Support Specialist, you will manage our digital marketing initiatives and provide outstanding customer service across various online channels. You’ll create engaging social media content, maintain website updates, and respond to client inquiries to uphold our reputation for excellence. This role blends creative freedom with hands-on client interaction, offering a unique opportunity to support both our brand growth and our clients’ event planning journey.


Responsibilities
  • Social Media & Marketing

    • Develop and schedule engaging social media content using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
    • Design marketing materials and graphics in Canva
    • Update and maintain website content via Wix
    • Monitor and optimize social media performance metrics
  • Customer Support

    • Respond to customer inquiries through website and third-party platforms
    • Handle booking requests and provide information on venue services
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and requests
    • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client experiences
  • General Tasks

    • Assist with marketing administrative tasks
    • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
    • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally


Requirements
  • Proven experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Proficiency in content creation and design (Canva)
  • Basic knowledge of Wix or similar CMS for website updates
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
