Document customer feedback and issues for continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer inquiries swiftly.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer service, ideally in mobile app or technology sectors.
