  • Keep up to date with app features and functionalities to assist clients accurately.
  • Document customer feedback and issues for continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer inquiries swiftly.
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop an in-depth understanding of mobile app technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally in mobile app or technology sectors.
