Are you ready to achieve new goals in the Affiliate industry?

We are the team who are developing services for the marketing. The product is an Affiliate platform for the traffic monitoring like quality assessment, creating an unique offers, reports and antifraud. Currently we have around 30 partners who are already using our product. If you are a passionate Account manager with the strong product vision - this role is for you.

All you need is:

  • A minimum of 6 months of demonstrated experience in Account Management within the gaming sector or a similar industry;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (at a B2+ level or higher);
  • Ability to provide client-centered solutions tailored to the genuine needs and expectations of customers;
  • Capable of building and sustaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication and frequent meetings;
  • A cooperative team player who excels in problem-solving and negotiation, exhibiting a high level of discipline and proactivity;
  • Skilled in managing multiple partners with varying requirements and priorities, while maintaining a keen focus on details and deadlines.

Your daily adventures will look like:

  • Working closely with our Partnership Program Product Owner;
  • Direct communication with B2B clients and developing long-term relationships with them to increase their loyalty;
  • Introduction and welcoming of new clients to our product;
  • Clear communication with the clients to address their concerns and resolve any conflicts that might arise;
  • Identifying client’s needs and making valuable offers;
  • Preparing recommendations for product improvement in response to the client’s feedback;
  • Update of technical documentation.
