About The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of World Mobile’s digital marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing and insights as well as a keen interest in the broader marketing mix, with a strong desire to support and collaborate with the wider team. 

 

This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be highly creative, data- driven and will also be able to gather insights, identify opportunities to innovate and test emerging channels that could play a role in supporting the delivery of performance KPIs beyond PPC, Display and Paid Social 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing. 
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to meet World Mobile’s goals and KPIs 
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement and conversions. 
  • Review competitor activity and deliver a competitive advantage through targeting, creative and channel strategy 
  • Become the face of our performance channels, providing regular reports and presentations on campaign performance to senior management. 

 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a digital marketing or demand-gen role 
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). 
  • Experience with Meta, X and TikTok Ads Managers 
  • Strong mix of both creative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities 
  • Growth mindset, pushing the boundaries and not just adhering to the status quo 
  • Impeccable levels of organisation and attention to detail 
  • A passion for World Mobile’s vision and values 
  • Right to work in the UK 

Compensation£35k - £40k experience dependant
