Job Requirements: 

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process with experience in lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects and clients. 
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in managing and analyzing sales data.

Core responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate qualified leads. 
  • Target Market Research: Analyze and identify target markets and industries, developing a list of potential prospects that align with the companys offerings. 
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and engagement, moving them through the sales funnel. 
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system. 
  • Opportunity Management: Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and leads generated through the companys website, social media, and marketing campaigns. 
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments with inbound prospects to understand their business challenges and present appropriate solutions. 
  • Lead Conversion: Qualify inbound leads, schedule meetings or demos with the appropriate sales representatives, and ensure a smooth handoff for further engagement. 
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads and opportunities. 
  • Sales Metrics: Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
