Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a German Speaking IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team in Athens, Greece! This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in German and have a strong interest in technology and customer service. Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in IT support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers with their technical queries.
