As a Technical Support Specialist, you will assist our German-speaking customers in navigating and troubleshooting our software products. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, providing effective solutions, and ensuring clients receive the best possible support experience. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers using our software solutions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues through phone, email, and chat.
  • Guide customers in utilizing our software effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions for ongoing improvement and learning.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Engage in training sessions to continually enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in technical support or software-related roles is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction and success.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses generously covered by the company.
