Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document each customer interaction accurately in our system.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and updates to provide accurate assistance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and customer service software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping customers.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
