Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in German for a range of inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Educate customers about products and service features

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support or service roles is preferred
