Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Latvian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues concerning the company’s technology products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of products and improve support capabilities.
  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Previous experience in technical support or IT is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • A team-oriented approach with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
