Revenue Operations Program Manager - Offer to Opportunity (Remote)
We're looking for a
Revenue Operations Program Manager candidate with experience in revops, prospecting tools and pipeline generation to join our team in remotely or hybrid in Austin, TX or Redwood City, CA.
You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations.
You will focus on collaboration with Marketing to drive pipeline generation and enhance productivity with supporting technologies. Informatica is always looking for opportunities to improve by either optimizing core business processes or introduce new technical capabilities, so the Revops Program Manager will assess and recommend ways to make our sellers in prospecting roles more efficient. This role will serve as the subject matter expert in lead-to-opportunity processes who translates business objectives into clear requirements which are aligned across multiple global stakeholders and delivered in collaboration with analysts, developers, architects, scrum masters, and project managers to ensure those goals are successfully met. You will have proficiency across an array of prospecting technologies such as Salesforce, Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights.(

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and other cross-functional teams to craft requirements, author user stories and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
- Optimize prospecting, pipe-gen effectiveness, lead management and lead conversion processes for both BDMs and AEs.
- Synergize and integrate key prosecting technologies including Salesforce, Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights
- Work with the CSMs of the above prospecting solutions to update configurations, track and manage the backlog of enhancements, action items and best practices that drive adoption and value.
- Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI to improve prospecting productivity and effectiveness
- Establish governance model for automated cadences with clear roles, responsibilities and criteria for Team cadences vs Personal cadences
- Partner with IT in the development testing and deployment of new capabilities
- Manage User Acceptance Testing with end-users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign-offs
- Use Jira and Agile delivery principles
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor progress against key program KPIs
- Help with data management, hygiene, imports and exports across the toolset
- Provide subject matter expertise in the development and delivery of enablement content
- Support end-users of technology owned by Revenue Operations(List role and overall everyday responsibilities of the position, 5 bullet points max))

Role Essentials
- Knowledge of SaaS sales preferably with experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Expertise in one or more of the following: Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Experience supporting multiple integrated systems in an enterprise technology environment
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
