As a Full-time Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in the organization, supporting our CEO with a wide range of tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing emails, calendars, projects, and handling personal and sales-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an executive assistant, preferably with a US-based client, to understand the American culture and fast-paced work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize emails and calendars efficiently.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Handle personal and sales-related tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle high-pressure situations and say no when necessary.
  • Bring proactive ideas and suggestions to improve processes.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly, providing direct responses to inquiries.
  • Show initiative in suggesting alternative approaches and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proven experience working on a graveyard shift
  • Familiarity with the American business culture and work ethic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to propose innovative ideas
  • Confidence and assertiveness in interactions
  • Tenacity, grit, and determination
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, graveyard shift

Rate: $1200/month
