Job description

This is a remote position.

Alset is seeking a proactive and organized Remote Executive Assistant with a background in Accounting or Business Administration and a strong understanding of technology. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience but a passion for learning and growing within the technology and software development industry. The Executive Assistant will support senior executives by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with business operations.

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Document Management: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and update internal databases and records.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and send out communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Technology Assistance: Utilize your technology knowledge to assist with digital tools, software applications, and online platforms used by the team. Troubleshoot minor technical issues as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met. Support executives in the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Assistance: Support basic financial tasks, including expense tracking, budget monitoring, and preparing financial reports.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency.


Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Entry-level position; prior experience in an administrative or support role is a plus but not required.
  • Technology Knowledge: Basic understanding of technology, software applications, and digital tools. Comfortable with learning new technologies and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
