About The Role

The Head of Product will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, with a strong focus on certification development and e-learning initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in AI, blockchain, and education technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing e-learning products and certification programs that meet the needs of a diverse, global audience. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, instructional design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality certifications and e-learning products that drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with AI CERTs' business objectives, focusing on certification development and e-learning solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Ensure that the certification and e-learning product roadmap aligns with the overall business strategy and goals.

Certification & E-Learning Product Development

  • Lead the development of certification programs and e-learning products from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and engineering teams to create detailed product specifications and requirements for certifications and e-learning modules.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new certification features, e-learning tools, and content, ensuring they meet industry standards and learner needs.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the AI, blockchain, and certification markets.
  • Gather and analyze learner feedback to inform product decisions and improvements in both certifications and e-learning content.
  • Monitor competitor products and strategies to ensure AI CERTs remains competitive and innovative in the certification and e-learning space.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies for certifications and e-learning products, ensuring successful launches.
  • Partner with the sales team to provide product training and support, enabling them to effectively sell AI CERTs' certification and e-learning offerings.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address product-related issues and improve the certification and e-learning customer experience.

Product Performance & Analytics

  • Define and track key performance metrics for certifications and e-learning products to evaluate their success.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Continuously assess certification and e-learning product performance and customer satisfaction, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, with a focus on certification development and e-learning innovation.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the product team, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with HR to attract, hire, and retain top talent in product management and instructional design.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, blockchain, certification, and e-learning technologies.
  • Drive innovation within the product team, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies, particularly in e-learning and certification development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Education Technology, Business Administration). An MBA or advanced degree in a technical or educational field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in AI, blockchain, certification programs, or e-learning product development is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI, blockchain, and e-learning technologies. Ability to work closely with engineering and instructional design teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction in certification and e-learning.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Deep understanding of learner needs and the ability to translate them into certification and e-learning features and solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the AI, blockchain, certification, and e-learning industries, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics..
