Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of debt resolution matters, ensuring exceptional legal support for clients.
  • Conduct numerous telephone consultations, effectively guiding clients through the debt resolution landscape while ensuring they comprehend their options.
  • Supervise settlements, review case files meticulously, and endorse legal documentation prepared by our proficient paralegal team.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic client service, fostering a seamless and positive client experience.

Required Skills

  • An attorney licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, tailored for a high volume of client interactions.
  • A patient and professional attitude with a strong aptitude for engaging with clients.

Qualifications
