We are committed to providing affordable legal representation to individuals in need of debt relief. We are expanding our team and seek a dedicated attorney, licensed in Virginia, to manage debt resolution cases and deliver outstanding client consultations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of debt resolution cases, ensuring clients receive superior legal guidance.
  • Conduct numerous telephone consultations, assisting clients in understanding the debt resolution process and their available options.
  • Supervise settlements, meticulously review case files, and authorize legal documents prepared by our proficient paralegal team.
  • Deliver professional, compassionate client service, fostering a seamless and positive experience for each individual.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage professionally and empathetically with clients.
  • A strong comfort level with high-volume telephone consultations and client interactions.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and standard software applications.

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
  • Experience in consumer debt defense or collections is advantageous but not mandatory.
