Overview: Atwell is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Attorney to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This role is perfect for someone looking to supplement their income while providing valuable legal support. The Contract Attorney will serve as a backup for overflow work and assist when our in-house attorneys are on PTO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and provide legal guidance on various contracts, including but not limited to:
    • Subconsultant Agreements
    • Engineer Consents
    • Engineering PSAs
    • Work Orders
    • General Service Agreements
    • Master Service Agreements
    • Professional Service Agreements
    • Lean Waivers
    • Confidentiality Agreements
    • Leases
    • NDAs
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address contract-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining contract templates and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with corporate contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
