Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Financial Analyst, you will be integral in supporting our financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze pricing strategies, trends, and assist in the development of the Charge Master. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple financial projects with managerial support to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Financial Reconciliation: Execute comprehensive financial reconciliations during the "Pre-Bundle" and "Post-Bundle" phases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Pricing Models: Formulate accurate pricing models for service bundles, maintaining competitive and equitable rates.
• Charge Master Support: Aid in the creation and upkeep of the Charge Description Master (CDM) and Charge Master.
• Financial Trend Analysis: Monitor and interpret financial trends regularly to keep our organization proactive.
• Contract Analysis: Analyze managed care contracts with a focus on healthcare codes and relevant terms such as CPT codes.
• Collaboration: Engage with team members across departments to achieve project objectives and ensure initiatives are on schedule.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial operations comply with departmental and organizational standards.
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in managed care contracts or a related financial position.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare contract terminology, including CPT codes, and a solid grasp of managed care principles.
