Work with GoTeam’s biggest client, with over 30 years in the business. They are one of the largest independent insurance brokerage firms in the United States and provides comprehensive business insurance, personal insurance, employee benefits, and financial services solutions to a wide range of businesses and individuals.


Work Requirements:

  • Salary: Open pay rate – depending on experience and skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in accurate and timely recognition of revenue
  • Performing pre-earned Direct Bill Reconciliation
  • Preparing the earned report
  • Communicating with account managers and commercial lines managers to resolve invoicing discrepancies
  • Monitoring exceptions reports and making corrections as necessary
  • Performing tie out of revenue against 1st draft of financials
  • Preparing deferred revenue calculations for the earned report
  • Assisting with audit, month-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Analyzing revenue performance against set targets, KPIs, and benchmarks
  • Assisting in the preparation of forecasts and budgets
  • Conducting variance analysis to explain differences between actual and forecasted revenue figures
  • Providing key metrics and insights through reports and dashboards


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Finance working experience.
  • Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor.
