Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Promptly address and resolve inquiries related to media network services.

  • Document customer interactions to help identify trends and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
