Your Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer support to Swedish-speaking clients across various platforms.
  • Address customer inquiries with professionalism and a smile, even over the phone!
  • Log customer interactions accurately in our CRM for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey and meet service targets.
  • Engage in training sessions to keep up-to-date with our products and services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A genuine love for helping customers and solving their problems.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, ready to enjoy teamwork.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
