Responsibilities:

How will you add Value?

  • Business Management: As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan® Product line. You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis
  • Be a Trusted Partner: You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
  • Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Understand your market: You will learn new industry and market information that allow you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy. You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership.

The Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Typically, 5 years B2B outside sales experience.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine) 
  • Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license
  • Must reside within territory, Dallas/Fort Worth metro area preferred
  • Required overnight travel is 2 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes coverage of the TX panhandle.
  • Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training, as needed

  • Base Salary. $70,000
  • Additional Commission Potential. $90,850 (This is based on 100% quota attainment for 2024, subject to change for 2025. Actual commission may be lower or higher depending on quota attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, commissions with be pro-rated based on start date and quota).
