  • Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Report: Identify and build custom reports, queries, and dashboards from diverse data sources, providing ongoing support to data users.
  • Collaborate and Prioritize: Partner with internal key stakeholders in Operations to prioritize data requirements and develop metrics for data quality.
  • Test and Troubleshoot: Participate in testing methodologies, ensuring the functionality and integrity of our reporting solutions, and resolving technical issues.
  • Research and Develop: Stay ahead of the curve by researching new technologies and crafting business cases for enterprise-wide BI solutions.
  • Assist Others and Demonstrate a Desire for Excellence: Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide exceptional support. Exhibit a strong commitment to successful outcomes.
  • Other supplemental duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: 0 years additional relevant experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL Proficiency: 2+ years of writing SQL queries.
  • Visualization Tools: Some experience with front-facing reporting software such as Power BI or Tableau is highly valuable, but not essential.
  • Operations Expertise: Knowledge or previous work history in HR, Information Technology, Legal, or Supply Chain areas is valuable, but not required.
  • Database Expertise: Familiarity with ERP systems or some knowledge of Databricks is valuable, but not required.
