Your mission should you choose to accept it.
As our Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll be pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that fuel our Revenue Operations. Leveraging your experience in SaaS and API integrations, you’ll build scalable data models and lead a BI team, delivering consistent, real-time insights that optimize our revenue growth strategies. Your mission: to drive revenue analytics that empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Responsibilities.
- Data Architecture & API Integration: Design and implement scalable data solutions by integrating HubSpot, Chargebee, and Gainsight data via APIs, ensuring seamless data flow for real-time reporting.
- Revenue Analytics & Metrics: Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across revenue-generating teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small BI team, fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture within Revenue Operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success teams to leverage data insights for growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications.
- 5+ years in business intelligence, including 2+ years of people management experience within a SaaS environment. Proven expertise in API-based data integration.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Chargebee, and Gainsight APIs, along with advanced SQL skills.
- Proven ability to architect BI solutions tailored for revenue optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, data-centric team.
