Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries in Dutch and English
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by providing quality service
• Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising and organization
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Participate in inventory management and restocking
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and approachable, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
• Willingness to learn about products and contribute to team success
