Summary
The Healthcare Vertical/Practice Lead is responsible for spearheading C1’s efforts in the healthcare sector, leveraging their extensive experience and expertise to drive growth and develop innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of healthcare organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, technology, and regulations, as well as a passion for improving patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
- Develops and executes the strategic plan for the healthcare vertical, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives
- Conducts thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare sector
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
- Collaborates with internal teams to develop and customize technology solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of healthcare organizations
- Ensures all solutions and initiatives comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
- Leads and mentors a team of professionals dedicated to the healthcare vertical, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Serves as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs
- Represents the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning C1 as a thought leader in healthcare technology
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in technology and innovation
- Advanced degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field (e.g., MD, RN, PhD, MBA)
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and technology solutions
- Proven track record of strategic leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- A genuine passion for improving healthcare through innovative technology solutions
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry
- Patient experience and Patient communications
- Work experience with Digital health, HIPAA/HITRUST, HCAHPS, Health tech ecosystem, KPI/ROI modeling, SaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS, and Conversation intelligence
- EPIC and/or Cerner experience a plus

Pay Range
$160,000 - $200,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
