Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills with a keen focus on customer service.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
