Qualifications:

About you:

Moving at our pace brings a lot of change, complexity, and ambiguity—and a little bit of chaos.  Our team members thrive on that and are comfortable being uncomfortable. That means  Outcomes4Me is not the right place for everyone.

Before you apply, consider if you:

Care deeply about what you do and about transforming cancer care.

Have a passion for healthcare, life sciences, data and analytics, and technology.

Have a sincere interest in working at a fast-paced, engineering and product-led startup, and the ability to scale with the organization as it grows and its needs change over time.

Excel by seeking professional and personal hypergrowth.

Keep up with an unrelenting pace (the week, not the quarter).

Are resilient and resourceful in face of ambiguity and thrive on (rather than endure) change.

Bring critical thought and opinion.

Embrace differences and disagreement to get things done and move forward: we will  only succeed if we make the impossible possible.

To be successful in this role, the Director Business Development Data and Clinical Trials must  possess strong technical knowledge of the life science space, as well as exceptional sales,  sales leadership, and strategic skills. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented  individual with a passion for driving revenue growth and scaling businesses in the healthcare  industry. In addition, the ideal candidate will be driven by the mission of the company to improve  outcomes for all by empowering patients and democratizing healthcare.

You have:

7+ years’ experience consistently hitting goals in a consultative sales role with at least  2+ years in the oncology space

Experience selling real world evidence data, studies, and/or clinical trial recruitment solutions to life science companies (pharma, diagnostics, or CROs) required

Proven history of building successful relationships with biopharma managers and other  high-level stakeholders within life science companies

Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to executive level stakeholders both externally and internally

Able to work efficiently in a team oriented, candid and interdisciplinary setting; willing  and open to contribute to the team in terms of personality and competence

Demonstrated ability to build a repeatable, scalable, and predictable sales process and  infrastructure that drives sales growth within new and existing customers

Proven success in developing and implementing go-to-market strategy, selling  customized solutions and driving transformational growth in a growth stage company  environment

Experience working in a fast paced, high growth, startup environment

Good judgment/analytical thinking: able to differentiate and prioritize between critical and  non-critical, assess implications and risks and initiate the appropriate steps for escalation as needed

Experience selling oncology-focused solutions into the life science space

Highly driven and motivated individual contributor, who is proactive and resourceful in  identifying opportunities to drive business growth and is willing to take on any task  necessary to achieve project goals and objectives

Ability to travel to clients, conferences, and to Boston as needed
