Job description

Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.  Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced Army Civilian Readiness and Talent Management (CRTM) Senior Analyst. This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks:


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide advisory and assistance services in the management and strategy of the civilian readiness and talent management program and consult on topics that should be included in briefings, prepare briefings, edit briefings, and be prepared to present briefings as needed
  • Analyze policies and their impact to civilian readiness and talent management initiatives
  • Provide planning, execution, and facilitation of the ESC meeting and subordinate forums
  • Support Army in defining terms of reference and drafting a charter, as needed.
  • Support stakeholders on a recurring basis with the following tasks developing a detailed execution plan for each task within the objective; identifying resources required to execute each task; scheduling, planning, and executing bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders to drive execution of the objective and supporting tasks; coordinating with LOE lead integrators to provide necessary updates/metrics bi-weekly; coordinating with Critical Enabler and Strategic Priority integrators to request support and resolve issues across objectives
  • Provide subject matter expertise in various areas of human capital management, data analysis, and resource management in execution and/or coordination of the execution of the tasks


QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Master’s degree and a minimum of five years performing analytical and evaluation tasks in the areas of civilian human resources strategy, management, development, and operations. In lieu of a master’s degree, 10 years’ experience is adequate and a bachelor’s degree.
  • Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain) 
  • Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting.
  • Secret Clearance
