Fabletics is looking for Seasonal Retail Activations Experts (Traveling). 

 
How Do You Fit In? 

 
As a Seasonal Retail Activations Expert, you will have the opportunity to travel across the Unites States for events to assist with planning and execution of large-scale pop-up shops.  

 

This is a part-time, seasonal role. Seasonal Retail Activations Experts can expect to work approximately 40 hours on event weekends. Shifts vary and can range between early morning (7a-3p) to late night (4p-12a). Event season runs November 2024-May 2025. 

 

The right candidate is comfortable in working with light supervision, can think operationally, strategically, tactically and analytically, have a magnetic personality to build and foster relationships, as well as adjust to situations on the fly. The ideal candidate can coordinate and collaborate with large teams to ensure goals and expectations of the events are met in a timely and efficient manner; as well as being flexible with a broad range of skills to support planning, logistics, execution, sales, marketing, and customer service. 

 
This position will report to the Manager, Retail Activations. 

 

Overview of Main Responsibilities: 

  • Travel extensively nation-wide to assist in the set-up, sales days and tear-down for all events 

  • Load and unload truck with team utilizing a manual pallet jack. 

  • Deliver, set up, tear down and remove event resources to and from designated locations, before and after events, according to predetermined schedules, setup instructions and diagrams. 

  • All store operation related items including inventory management, shop merchandising, back of house set-up, organization, and maintenance 

  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests and members by knowing our product, helping them through their shopping experience, making recommendations and ringing up the sale 

 

 
 

We are Looking for Someone who: 

  • Can commit to work at least 10 events during the season. 

  • Can maintain an irregular work schedule as required by management team and event schedule. 

  • Is reliable and holds a sense of urgency for established timelines. 

  • Is passionate. enthusiastic, focused, creative, customer-centric and has a positive outlook 

  • Is versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities. 

  • Is highly organized with the ability to multitask. 

  • Is comfortable using basic tools and light handywork. 

  • Able to move and carry boxes weighing up to 50lbs. 

  • Can maintain productive sponsor, customer, and team relations. 

 
Required Skills 

  • At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred. 

  • Event coordination or management experience strongly preferred. 

  • Ability to work well and innovate with large teams in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong sense of team and ability to work well with teammates of varying skill levels. 

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines while being detail oriented. 

  • Accountable to self and team through upholding the values of the organization including trust, integrity, honesty, and respect. 

  • Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, improvise, and course correct on the fly, with resources available. 

  • Sound judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions in a high-pressure environment. 

  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least three consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
