The Role

Lumen is seeking a highly motivated, creative and experienced Partner Campaigns Manager to oversee the strategy, development and execution of partner campaigns to drive growth of the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) sales organization at Lumen. The four key partner campaign focus areas the candidate will manage will include: 1) Partner recruitment, 2) Partner activation, 3) Customer up-sell, cross-sell, and retention, and 4) Campaigns in a box. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, technology industry, partner ecosystems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of driving successful partner campaigns.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner recruitment campaigns to attract new partners and expand our partner network.
  • Design and execute partner activation campaigns to increase sales from dormant and high potential partners, ensuring they have the awareness, resources and enablement to succeed.
  • Create and manage customer campaigns in collaboration with the marketing ecosystem and partners to drive customer acquisition, cross-sell and up-sell, retention, and growth.
  • Develop and deliver "campaigns in a box" packages that partners can easily use to acquire and grow sales with prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GPS leadership, marketing, sales, customer and partner experience, and product, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partner campaigns.
  • Identify and manage lead routing process to ensure optimized campaign impact.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and feedback from partners, internal stakeholders and customers.
What We Look For in a Candidate

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful partner campaigns.
  • Proven experience in developing winning messaging and content (including digital).
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems and channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing / campaign automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • MBA
  • Marketing or advanced education certifications
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)

 

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

$94,420 - $125,890 in these states: AR  ID  KY  LA  ME  MS  NE  SC  SD 
$99,390 - $132,510 in these states: AL  AZ  FL  GA  IA  IN  KS  MO  MT  ND  NM  OH  OK  PA  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$104,360 - $139,140 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$109,330 - $145,770 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA 

 

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
