Job Purpose

As Bingo Retention Executive, you will support the day to day running and operational build of bingo schedules, promotions and CRM activities that enhance our player experience and drive engagement, retention and commercial KPI’s.

You will work closely with the CRM, Product and VIP teams to support regular and ad-hoc promotional activity in those departments.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Monitoring and reporting on bingo product performance - including regular schedules and promotional schedules.
  • Scheduling promotions, optimisation measures and building campaigns in the Bingo Back Office.
  • Working with 3rd Party to identify and implement innovative new product opportunities, features and enhancements
  • Assisting in the execution of the promotional roadmap on Bingo, including but not limited to - creating tickets, setting up offers and liaising with the Design Team, Copy Team, CRM Team and Content Team.
  • Provide support to the Bingo Support Team and Chat Hosts to aid with CS escalations and update on new Bingo promotions, schedules and campaigns.

Requirements

  • A background in online bingo scheduling and/or bingo promotions with a minimum of 1 year’s experience.
  • Native or level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Conscientious, organised and with the highest attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • A strong sense of prioritisation and an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude.
