Marketing Producer

Location: Costa Rica

SweetRush has an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our Marketing team!

Who We Are

SweetRush is a consulting, design, and staffing firm specializing in HR-related services that help foster life-centered businesses and organizations. Our work includes designing unique learning experiences using agency-level graphics and leading-edge technology; creating high-performing cultures, leaders, and teams; and helping our clients grow their learning teams with qualified professionals.

Many of our clients are household names with large international operations, while others are small nonprofits whose work we value as essential to the world. We try to balance the work we do for profit with the work we do to spread good things in the world.

SweetRush is a leader in the field of learning and development, making use of emerging technologies (like VR and AR), games, storytelling, chatbots, interactive virtual and in-person experiences, and so on, all while grounding our work in vibrant and impactful human-centered design. The many awards we win every year reflect the care we put into our craft and our collaborations with clients. We’ve been grateful to have won awards with Hilton, Google, Bridgestone, Adidas, SHRM, and numerous others.

We are a completely virtual, tight-knit, talented community that spans the globe, a culture-forward team that values diversity, respect, and caring. Our folks tend to stick around, as do our clients.

We like to think we stand apart from competitors for the uniqueness and innovation of everything we create—and for who we are. And we’re committed to hiring talent that’s as creative, innovative, and caring as everyone on our team. This is where you come in…

About the Role:

SweetRush is seeking a uniquely qualified individual for the role of Marketing Producer. In this role, you will manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet the target objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. Do you love working with multidisciplinary teams? Do you have amazing marketing and project management skills—are you someone that loves bringing new ideas and projects to life? Keep reading!

We’re looking for an experienced producer who can guide the team and manage processes to create content marketing (e.g., blogs, articles, eBooks, webinars), social media, SEO, email marketing, multimedia (e.g., video, audio), advertising, and more to increase brand awareness and generate demand for B2B services.

You’ll work with an awesome team of talented marketing professionals who collaborate to create strategic, visually stunning, and effective marketing promotions that help build our brand. We are constantly learning and growing together in an environment of respect, caring, and positivity.

We are looking for an individual to bring passion, creativity, fresh thinking, and a desire to make a positive impact at a dynamic, forward-thinking company with a strong, supportive culture.

This is a 100% remote position, so you must be comfortable with working virtually.

When you apply, please provide us with a cover letter about your experience and fit for this role, thank you!

PS: A bit about SweetRush—This year we will celebrate our 22nd anniversary developing performance improvement / training solutions. We have a significant list of high-profile clients such as Google, CVS, Hilton, Bridgestone, Mondelez, Cisco, — and we are very good at keeping our clients happy and working with us year after year. We are a powerhouse of blended learning solutions and extremely adept at crafting highly engaging, graphically rich, blended learning experiences, including gamification and mobile learning. We’ve developed a powerful authoring system that allows us to go well beyond what most vendors or off the shelf tools can offer and deliver, but we are also masters of the industry standard tools and utilize them regularly. We are very focused on project management and keeping large and complex projects moving smoothly. We have a fantastic team and culture and a ‘near-zero’ turnover. We are that unique kind of company where everyone feels respected, acknowledged and treated fairly. In 2009, we went virtual and our team is geographically distributed, but very tightly connected.

We have managed, largely via referrals and marketing, to attract a great group of clients, and we anticipate quite a bit of continued growth into 2025.
