Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst will focus on driving meaningful insights from the readily available data we have. You love using data and numbers to solve complex business problems and are highly motivated by a fast-paced culture.

Skills and preferred qualifications

• Champion a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making by creating dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
• Use analytical tools and models (A/B testing, regression analysis, etc.) to identify customer pain points and answer broad business questions with clear actionable solutions
• Be confident in supporting and challenging stakeholders in the ideation, implementation and review of dashboards
• Support managers and users acquiring data from various data sources
• Be responsible for data cleaning and data quality assurance
