Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent for E-commerce, offering a remote position based in Greece with an additional benefit of 2 months of hotel accommodation! In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients in the e-commerce sector. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that customers have a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Address customer inquiries related to orders, products, and shipping information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a focus on delivering a quick and satisfactory solution.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance product offerings and customer support strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with products and latest e-commerce trends.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written), with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English for effective collaboration.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
