Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representative in the software industry, located in beautiful Greece! This role invites you to be a part of a dynamic team, providing essential support to our Norwegian clients.

In this position, you will assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience with our software products. If you are passionate about technology and dedicated to excellent customer service, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Quickly address and efficiently resolve customer inquiries related to software products.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our software solutions to provide accurate guidance.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest product developments.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly within the software industry, is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work in Greece and embrace the local culture.
