What’s the role?

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of new and established Account Executives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about transforming sales, service and marketing and is a team builder and coaches sellers - You not only motivate individuals but a team towards a collective vision and manifest a team atmosphere.

  • Attract, recruit and retain top talent
  • Support Account Executives in all aspects of the sales process and keep their team members accountable to KPIs that drive the business growth
  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Have an analytical mindset and leverage data across all interactions
  • Continue to build a track recording of coaching reps for success
  • Effectively communicate and motivate across multiple mediums both externally and internally
  • Support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement

What Will I Do?

  • Lead and Coach: Bring 6+ years of experience leading a quota-carrying team in Corporate/Enterprise segments (500+ headcount).
  • Mentor Effectively: Successfully mentor and empower team members to reach their potential.
  • Drive Transformation: Passionate about transforming sales, service, and marketing in alignment with HubSpot’s culture.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Exhibit high emotional intelligence, understanding team motivations, and adapting communication accordingly.
  • Facilitate Positive Change: Lead teams through change, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement while having fun.
  • Leverage Data: Use data to improve core KPIs and support HubSpot’s strategic goals.
  • Structured Management Experience: Experience in structured sales environments, managing through methodologies and deal stages.
  • Exhibit Good Judgment: Make thoughtful decisions and demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Accountability: Communicate honestly and transparently with colleagues.
  • Build and Coach Teams: Inspire individuals and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
