The Sales Account Manager Flexo is responsible for maintaining and further develop the Esko flexo business in the DACH region, and will be located in Germany (Remote)

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Actively seek out and acquire new customers within the Flexo markets, specifically for the Esko DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Supplier business.
  • Engage with accounts in your designated sales territory, prioritizing sales activities in both existing and prospective accounts to align Esko solutions with customer needs.
  • Offer comprehensive guidance on all products, solutions, and services available to prospective customers/clients.
  • Execute the sales plan meticulously to meet or exceed established sales targets and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team, channel partners, and the inside sales team to drive sales efforts.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Exhibits an energetic, outgoing, and amiable personality.
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills (German and English), with the ability to engage, connect, and interact with potential customers comfortably, including making cold calls and establishing rapport with new contacts throughout the day.
  • Is open to traveling 50-75% of the time to meet business needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of flexographic platemaking processes, including an understanding of Esko hardware and software solutions.
  • Familiarity with flexographic printing techniques, materials, and industry standards.
