Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers regarding our technology products.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues professionally via multiple communication channels.
  • Guide clients in using our products effectively, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Document support interactions and solutions to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex queries.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve your technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in technical support or similar roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a customer-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude aimed at achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered by the company.
