Responsibilities
  • Engage with Czech-speaking customers to promote and sell products and services from a leading technology brand.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
  • Conduct outbound calls to inform partners about new products and offerings.
  • Leverage cross-selling and up-selling strategies to enhance customer transactions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every step of the sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and updates to assist customers accurately.
  • Document customer interactions and sales efforts in the CRM system meticulously.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and elevate the customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to refine sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, preferably within the tech sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proactive, motivated, and passionate about sales and technology.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
