Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in a CRM system for tracking purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
  • Offer feedback and ideas for continual improvement in customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to tackle problems effectively and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
