Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client has an exciting opportunity for five (5) Data Scientist Generalist for Data Insights team.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Trial Design and Capabilities team currently has a business need to fill five Data Scientist Generalist roles. These roles will primarily be doing metrics and dashboarding with some automation.
Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
· Collaborate with business teams and analytics team to craft and refine key performance indicators and visualizations that support data-informed decisions.
· Plan, implement, and organize user-facing analytics tools, such as dashboards and metrics.
· Lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of testing.
· Design, implement, and utilize suitable visualizations and dashboards in Power BI.
· Establish best practices in analytics, visualization guidelines, and standards.
· Collaborate with business teams to demonstrate the significance of certain metrics based on data-driven insights and educate them on why certain metrics may not be suitable.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
· 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics
· Proficiency in excel, Power BI, Python or R, and SQL

· Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/week, EST time zone
· Contract Length: 12 months w/ renewal
· Work Set Up: Remote
